Made from cast aluminum, and is a combination of a carabiner and a cam locking mechanism. It is used to secure, tension, and connect cords from 2mm-5mm in diameter. Clip the carabiner to a fixed end, and use the cam mechanism to safely connect, tension, and easily release your cord. (If using in water, be sure to rinse, dry, and lubricate the cam mechanism after use.)
